  • International locations, including the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Transit Times

  • USA: 6–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 6–12 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Canada & Australia: 6–12 business days (Mon-Fri)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Providers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. These may include:

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
 We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update. You may track your order on the courier's website or via the tracking link provided.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
  • For cancellation requests, please email support@wesleyblake.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Shipping Issues

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package:

  • Check your mailbox, front door, neighbors, or leasing office.
  • Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered slightly before arrival.
  • If the package is still missing, contact us at support@wesleyblake.com.
     We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Delivery Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Strikes or other logistical disruptions

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status:

  • The customer will be notified via email.
  • Re-shipping may be possible at the customer’s expense.
  • If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
