Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wesleyblake.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for returning
Once your return is approved, you will receive full instructions by email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wesley Blake is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wesleyblake.com so we can resolve it at no cost to you.
What Is Not Considered Defective
The following are not treated as defects and do not qualify for a free return:
- Sizing issues — please allow 2–3 cm of variance from our size chart due to manual measuring. Always refer to our size guide before ordering
- Loose threads, raw edges, or minor fabric texture differences
- Color differences due to monitor or screen display settings
- Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or personal preference
- Damage caused by improper washing, use, or self-modification
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Shipping costs
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The item is returned in a different condition from how it was received
- The item is missing parts or accessories not due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original order once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, orders are sent to our warehouse and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
- A $5.99 USD cancellation fee will be applied to all approved cancellations, non-EU orders only
- EU customers are exempt from this fee under the 14-day cooling-off period
- If your order has already shipped, the cancellation fee still applies and you must additionally follow the return process above to receive the remainder of your refund
To request a cancellation, email support@wesleyblake.com as soon as possible with your order number.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. No cancellation fee applies.
Important Notes
- Do not send your return to the sender address printed on your original package — this is not our return address and will delay your refund
- Make sure you have not accidentally included non-Wesley Blake items in your return package — we cannot be responsible for returning them
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
